Government agencies are increasingly using social media to engage with citizens, share information and deliver services more quickly and effectively than ever before. But agencies have a responsibility to ensure these digital services are accessible to all citizens, including people with disabilities.
ePolicyWorks online dialogue events culminate in key input that stakeholders and policymakers can use to develop policy strategies and best practices. For example, the responses from our Federal Partners in Transition National Online Dialogue contributed to the development of a federal interagency strategy to work toward improved outcomes for youth with disabilities by 2020.
